Organic Blackforest Wholemeal Tin Sourdough Loaf
One of Thoroughbread Bakery’s most nutritious loaves. They soak 7 different seeds for 2 days (quinoa, flax/linseeds, sesame, Pepita’s, sunflower, pearl barley, poppy) along with cracked wheat and wheat germ, mixed with a combination of wholemeal and purple wheat flours and a dash of olive oil.
This bread is light & “waxy”, stays soft & fresh for days and still 100% naturally fermented with Thoroughbread sourdough starter.
Try it with some Pepe Saya Organic Butter. Yum.
